It is a pleasant place to work that is very safety orientated, the crews are good guys with plenty of skill in the trade.
My company had Flynn come in and inspect and repair our roof. I found them easy to deal with, their office staff friendly and helpful, and their guys out in the field were friendly, quick, professional (but also easy going) and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend them for any emergency roof work. The only issue that we had was, they got busy and were not able to make their original appointment to look at our roof.
