You have to order everything at the bar, the do not have waitresses anymore. Horrible customer service.
I'm so disappointed. I've been coming here for years, and the last handful of times I've been here, I've left frustrated. I keep hoping it'll get better, but it hasn't. The menu is pitiful now and the service sucks. Ordering at the bar (especially when the house is packed and there are only a couple of bartenders) is totally unacceptable. Even the atmosphere sucks now. I miss the old Flying Saucer.
Stripped menu, reduced hours, and no beer goddesses, it’s the restaurant death spiral. Been coming 10+ years but it’s downhill from here unless they get more customers but to get more customers they need staff and hours back. Where’d y’alls profits all go?
I just wish FS didnt change everything. No servers, a stripped down menu, etc... and awful employees who only bring food out and then get mad when you dont tip them. Sorry but if I have to stand in a line to order my food and have to retrieve my own refills then I'm not tipping anyone. Feels like a glorified McDonalds with not much to choose from. I used to like coming to FS but whoever decided on the recent changes make a mistake.
Always stop here when we come to South Carolina from NY
