Levi, you were communicated with throughout the entire repair process and made aware of the amount of the bill and gave verbal approval. Furthermore you were also informed that the m/c was not fully repaired when picked up. When Mr. Chuy arrived at Flying Piston Motorcycles on Saturday 05 November 2016 to pick up the m/c he was informed that the m/c was not leaving the property until payment was made, Round Rock Police Department was called when Flying Piston Motorcycles refused to accept a credit card from this customer and... read more

Just got my 2002 Yamaha Road Star Silverado back from Flying Pistons! Great customer service from Jim and Kevin in getting the bike back into peak condition! Looking to adding some more miles on the bike! Thanks for the great job!
