After the hiking at Bryce, we were exhausted. No other restaurants were open because it was Sunday. Flying M was the only one open and how lucky we were that it was Sunday and this one was the only one open. No choice, but it was the best choice. Food was great and service was great. I felt at home and food reminded me of the weekend with my mom and grandma.
Definitely your small town diner feel. The prices are pretty good and the service is polite. The waitress that served us was also the hostess and cashier, multiple hats worn by one person who did good handling it all. The food wasn't bad, simple cooking. The biscuits and gravy were the real let down, no seasoning, tasted like flour and water only.

This place just rocks. Pure America. Classic diner to the core.
Not much around there to eat, but this place was very good for Breakfast and liked all the Gifts for sale.
Food is great people are friendly feel at home here.See you soon!�
Cant wait to go back, folks there were so friendly and waitresses were very inventive.
