Pump don't work with credit card, cashiers unfriendly and don't help
I was ready to spend money here as I saw good food just waiting, but I decided not to spend any money here purely because of the employees’ attitudes. Some were just completely condescending and rude with their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, especially as there’s construction going on nearby and the employees are letting it affect their attitudes towards the customers.
This pilot is one of my top pilots travel center. Which is clean and food is fresh. As a trucker tho if you are not here during the day please know prime parking will be your only choice! And by day I mean noon to 3pm maybe 5 the latest anything else get you a prime parking. There is a Denny's here its decent with good service. Good place to stop for long travels.

Big Pilot. There is Dennis, there is something to eat. Purely the most important thing. The staff is well done, they are friendly in the hall and keep them clean!
