They have another warehouse at 6755 NW 36th in Miami. I delivered a load. My appt. time was 8:00 a.m. I had to call main warehouse and let someone know I was here ( phone number on their google page). They sent 3 guys to unload. They had to use a pallet jack. I was unloaded by 9:30 a.m. I came early and backed in one of the docks ( there's about 3 empty assigned to FF Group, the others had trailers and box trucks parked in them)
