The food was mediocre, it would have been great had it not been so over priced. The waitress, Kristin I think, was unprofessional. She had an open container of NOS energy drink behind the bar that she kept drinking, and was talking to another employee while we waited for her to come take our order. We were the only one's in the restaurant and should not have had to wait at all. She never brought us a third set of silverware, we had to steal one from another table. Flying Fish Sushi Bar is wonderful! It is a small family owned restaurant I've been going to since it opened 6 years ago. I would describe it as that type of hole in the wall place that is a hidden gem. It's not a loud fancy place, but the food outweighs all of that! I suggest the asparagus beef appetizer, family recipe eggrolls, disco shrimp roll, spicy Huy, Super Dave, Southside (if you like spicy) or their yummy sesame chicken! I have had the pleasure of eating sushi from west coast to the east coast, I am by no means a expert, but I love the rolls from the flying fish!!! They are always awesome !
