We had dinner before the Bruno Mars concert. The Bolognese was spectacular. Perfect hint of rosemary. The beef and pork mixture was meaty but moist. I had the Coho salmon which was excellent. It's not always about the amount of food. I will take quality any day. The Flying Fig did not disappoint on quality and creativity.

Food service was slow but the food was delicious. We got biscuits and gravy. Best gravy I think we've ever had. And the upside down nectarine cake was perfection. The food was worth the wait, but glad we didn't have anywhere else to be.
Truly one of the best spots in town. Karen & her crew always get it right!
