Bill Cardell and his excellent team of staff (from sales to shipping and of course tech-support) are head and shoulders above the crowd. I've been a very satisfied customer for over 20yrs and will continue to be for a long time in the future. I have been doing business with flyin Miata for a few years now. Customer service is very helpful. They treat you with respect and answer all your questions with hesitation. They are on the pricey side but you pay for what you get. And I have never been disappointed with the quality of what they sell. I will be a long time customer to come.
Doesn't need to be a a lot of words. I'll go with "Awesome". Not many companies are so efficient at communication and following up with their customers.
Best customer service I've ever dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable and happy to help you with your order. Only wish they could color match their windshield banner. Besides that they're the best around when it come to serious Miata projects.
