She prepared me and my partner up-front with all the information we needed about the home-buying process (as first-time buyers), so that when we were ready to make an offer we were able to move fast and get the house. Megan Blum did a great job as my broker for the sale of my house. She understood and appreciated the philosophy that I was looking for to price and sell the house, and she incorporated this into an effective marketing strategy. She and her office (Flux Real Estate) were well-versed in online marketing and could quickly develop a package. She also effectively priced the house to get offers but also capture its full value. I cannot give high enough praise to our agent Daniel Renné. His knowledge and analysis of the housing market thoroughly impressed us.
