He’s well networked and not only works well in identifying the right homes, based on your criteria, he knows the right price for the home and whether or not the asking price is overstated. Spencer was fantastic to work with! He is knowledgeable and great at what he does. When we purchased our townhome we weren’t the highest offer, but Spencer helped us put together a strong offer that showed we were serious and able to close quickly. He was patient with us as first time homebuyers and as our criteria of what we were looking for changed. We never felt pressured.
