A home I bought in 2017 had a Flushmate 503 installed. Not knowing how long it'd been there prior to my purchase of the home, it did last me 9 years before a crack caused it to leak water. I called Sloan Flushmate describing the issue, and they sent me a replacement free of charge, and the replacement arrived at my home NEXT DAY! That is incredible customer service!
