After about 15yrs I replaced my Flushmate with a 503 easy install but had an issue. I called (no auto run around) and J Wallace helped trouble shot,very patient with me in no time he sent me a replacement. Thank you it worked easy peezy. I highly recommend this company for anything they make.
Dishonest business. They will hold you hostage to buy parts. Will not sell the part I need because they no longer sell it separately for $30 , now I can buy it for $180 with parts I don’t need. They can however send it separately if under warranty when it suits them and saves them money! They used to be a good company decades ago but now they source cheap junk parts that only last long enough to outlast the warranty. This is their pathetic underhanded way to recoup their losses from the exploding toilet recall . Shame.
The Sloan FlushMate people and product are the best!!! A product that is such an elegant, yet simple solution for an issue you never knew you had! Once you purchase a unit that has a FlushMate installed, you'll never want to go back to what was! Thank you Sloan!!!
Very good experience with the technical support she helped me replace the piece I needed
A home I bought in 2017 had a Flushmate 503 installed. Not knowing how long it'd been there prior to my purchase of the home, it did last me 9 years before a crack caused it to leak water. I called Sloan Flushmate describing the issue, and they sent me a replacement free of charge, and the replacement arrived at my home NEXT DAY! That is incredible customer service!
