Dr. Ha is kind and professional and the front office has been helpful at times. That said, there always seems to be some kind of minor issue that adds unnecessary stress. Most recently I requested an appointment after the state required me to be seen by Dr. Ha. Since he is out of network my insurance needed him to contact them directly with certain information before approving the visit. I explained all of this clearly in an email including the urgency due to the state’s request but I have received no response. I understand ... read more
Dr Ha is amazing. We tried many different choices until we got the right one. Very intelligent and listens.
Dr ha is wonderful. I struggle with anxiety and ADHD. Which is a terrible combo. And he helps and listens to my problems every time. Idk what other experiences are happening. I’ve only had good ones with this provider.
Don’t waste your time or money!! Dr. Flume was amazing….Dr. HA HA HA is an absolute joke and a disgrace to psychiatry! After driving over an hour to get to my *discounted* $350 appointment and having gotten stuck in traffic (my appt was for 1 in the afternoon) I was told that not only was my appointment cancelled, but that after reviewing my medical chart he was refusing to take me on as a new client because he’s “uncomfortable prescribing the medication that I take”. I had one of the most frightened experiences with Jessica Tolbert (office GM) Dr Ha office, I called to schedule first time at his private office. then Jessica stated she would charge my card in two parts because I hadn't seen him since last year... when my very first time meeting Dr. Ha was at Oak Hospital on July 19th, 2024...
