Bought this because of the corporation's reputation and paid the high price. Used this about 12 different times. Opened the back panel to replace the 9-volt battery and the contact-spring snapped and broke off. There is no way to repair or replace the contact-spring. Device is now useless at a premium cost. I will never buy any fluke product again due to this junk experience. And, of course, due to my infrequent use of the device, it has been years since I purchased it and the retailer I purchased it from has gone out of bus... read more
Company gutted entire divisions for "effeciency", plays favorites, has managers that do nothing, has several dozen corporate people who do nothing, 2 hour lunch break for a team lead, but average employee gets 15 mins, doesnt follow osha correctly if at all, treats temps like trash and makes everyones day harder with forced meetings that tend to be the boss gloating and nothing changes.
