Good job easy
We have a Fluke area radiation monitor that we paid approximately twice as much as the competition charges for the same thing. It broke, and we depend on it to be able to perform HDR radiation treatments. We sent it to them for repair 7 weeks ago, and currently it is 5 weeks past the date they estimated they would ship it back. They don't have loaner devices available and have a 6 week lead time on new purchases as well. Worse than all this, they absolutely ignore all requests for a status update.
