I wonder any Zodiac manager review this comments ? Very Rude company staff perhaps imported from South Africa ( Manufacturer of Zodiac). I called to ask for a technical help, but Ms Apxx on the phone said there are none (?), She would answer ? I have Zodiac T30- pool cleaner & I brought a Zodiac leaf catcher & the Diaphragm was busted. I requested her to take a feedback as the leaf catcher may have a warning that it might reduce the pump pressure and cleaning efficiency but she answered very Rudely " No the company is not go... read more
this is company who sells 3 things 1) quality products 2) poor after sales service (basically there is no support) 3) happy to take your money
Like many others here we had a heater replaced under the recall program. After waiting a very long time, a new heater was eventually installed in May this year. Trouble is, it's not compatible with the existing pool controller/chlorinator (which was working perfectly OK with previous heater). Despite many conversations with Astral team, with the response being, that it can be fixed, but they just need to get approval from the Managing Director, nothing has happened.
