I bought a scooter in San Francisco and paid up for a 3 year warranty because they had a local store here and the staff there was great. Now the SF store is closed and I have no service. Then it reopens but they got rid of all the competent people and brought in a bunch of clowns who have been in the news for illegal scooter battery mods and fires. Unfortunately it appears Fluid Freeride has filed for bankruptcy, and are under new ownership which doesn't honor the previous commitments made when I purchased my scooter. Now they don't offer 50% on parts and the closest store near me in Brooklyn operates under a different name. The parts are overpriced. If you purchased a scooter from them recently I would sell it. He went above and beyond not only was he super helpful and knowledgeable, but he also made sure my scooter was taken care of by their mechanic, who fixed it up perfectly. Agustín also gave me great advice on future upgrades and helped me plan out how to get the most out of my scooter in the long run. If you're thinking about getting an electric scooter or need service, ask for Agustín he really takes care of you.
I’ve been calling for two weeks on a scooter that has a lifetime warranty of repairs. I just want to get it fixed. Nobody calls. I keep getting automated text messages if you guys are out of business because of the tariffs, let me know. I’ll go buy an American made one, but I like the one I got now can you fix it
