DON'T go here for reconstruction. Doctor is good, office staff has NO compassion. see their response from BBB. We ultimately do not control which accounts go to collections. Please understand that this is written in our financial policies, and is enforced only to ensure that we can continue to care for many more folks who need reconstructive procedures. If patients do not pa their "out of pocket" balances, which are part of our contracted fee schedules from insurance companies, we could afford to stay in business.

Dr. Flugstad is top notch. He has done an AMAZING job on my double mastectomy reconstruction. His attitude is always positive. He allowed me to be part of decisions and I really value that. His staff is always so kind and helpful. They always make me feel welcome when ever I call or come in. I am proud to say, they are on my side. Nothing but the best in this office. I can't thank you all enough for making me whole once again.
I love Overlake Plastic Surgeons! It is the best place. The people that work there are so fabulous and so kind and Dr. Leff is so warm and makes you feel so at home. He is wonderful. I gave them five stars because they deserve five stars.
