A true gem in an otherwise crumbling town.
I was on a mini vacation with my 4 year old son in West Chester and while at a nearby park he mentioned ice cream. We’re from Cleveland, so I googled nearby ice cream places and up popped a picture of an ice cream cone with eyes! My son immediately got excited so we started the 15 mile trek to find Flubs. My son was also pretty enamored by the name, so score an extra point for that.
