i went thru the other day and my total came to 9.45 upon looking at my bank statement i was charged a little over $11 like they added their own tip i called the store about it and all they said was bring in a copy of ur bank statement and we will refund the money im not worried about the dollar and change it has to do with the fact that their employees are theifs
Was waiting in line before Ross location closed, they turned the lights off & shut the window. Nothing was ever said to me or the person behind me. Terrible customer service
