Bought a gift card back in November 2023 but they never reopened. No customer service available so they just stole my money.
This is unprofessional and scam people money . I had bought 20 sessions and paid for it . They have not returned my calls or emails regarding the refund or status on their business . Don’t steal people money straight up it’s unethical and I will never go back to their business again . Give back my money please !!
SHADY. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. My wife and I had purchased “10 floats punch pass” and had a good experience, however, they have yet to respond, or give any information in regards to the flooding and closure with no refund to our unused floats. I had good experiences here in the past. Then bought 2 promo sessions at $25 a piece when they were sorry about the flooding back in February. Like many comments here I am left wondering what is going on?! Are they ever going to open and if not when will thru be reimbursing all of us with our money?! I guess I need to file a complaint with the BBB
This company doesn’t respond at all anymore. They used to promise to re-open by September and now it’s almost November and they don’t even answer their phone or texts anymore. Their automated AI system is all you get. I’ve asked for a refund of my $200 certificate I bought Feb 2024, and haven’t heard back. Can someone look into this? Is anyone else having issues?
