RecommendedJason Biers was able to diagnose my problem of the engine randomly not starting and then stopping while driving when another Sprinter dealer charged me for bs and did not find what turns out to be a fairly common problem in Sprinters. Well done Jason and thank you so very much! Everyone at Floyd’s was very kind and most accommodating! This granny is looking forward to getting back on the road to see the grandkids in VA. there can deliver your stuff safely
very disappointed with customer service told my only option was new motor on sprinter van I had in for bad #1 cylinder asked how much it was going to be and the service guys got smart so told them to just give me bill for diagnostic it was 418.00 dollars for 2&1/2 hours I felt that was incredibly high but just wanted to get my van out of their business paid bill very upset began to leave remembered needed keys when I got to the door turned around and service guy threw them at me from twenty feet across parts counter on to th... read more
By misrepresenting what they sell. I was purchasing a truck and had paid already, got there to pick it up to find out the 2yr/200k mile warranty that was on the truck listing ended up being a 1yr/100k mile warranty, and to top it off the truck had 0 miles on a overhaul, started the truck and the head gasket was spewing water out of it. Needless to say I drove 400 miles and had to get my money back, I am very disappointed

We had a truck break down right near Sidney, Floyd's helped us with the towing service, getting our driver to a hotel, did an outstanding job on the truck and even helped us with the paperwork left in the truck. Thanks Sam, Mark and the WHOLE team! EXCELLENT doesn't even come close!!!
