My friend bought a car and warranty. Took vwhicle back for repairs, after 2 weeks, told they were submitting for warranty. Another week call amd told no warranty now (the price was high af) shady af...
I do NOT recommend buying a car from this place. I went there to get a car and waited two hours and the man who was going to help us took others ahead of us that had just pulled up and they did not wait. Then when it was my turn he put me in this room with other customers and was asking my personal information in front of these strangers!!!! I walked out and will never go back. Also they ALL have these bad attitudes. I hope they can get it together.
Bought my suv In January went out in February they tried to cover the fact that they knew the suv was running hot and when i asked about help getting it fixed I was told yes the owner would help but then I get sent to voice mail everytime I call…. I went to the actual building because of not getting a response and a lady called the owner and said THAT JADE GIRL IS HERE like I’m not no freaking body I would not recommend them very rude and really just wants your money…. Makayla was very helpful but RON was very unhelpful and all over the place couldn’t work with me are nothing
Great experience! Called them up looking for a specific make of car. Mr Floyd told me all the vehicles in that make that he had on hand. He said they was getting ready to close but if I needed a car that night to call him and he would meet me there. Needless to say 8pm he meet me there didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. We did the deal and that was all she wrote! Will definitely recommend people to buy from them.
