Brittany did an amazing job on my hair! She took the time to make sure everything looked exactly how I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Floyd's 99 has a cool vibe, I was in a pinch and needed a haircut ASAP for a funeral and my experience was amazing and fun. 😃 It felt like I should have gotten a haircut and a tattoo at the same time Lol. I have a picky teen. Ben gave my son the best cut/style/shape. Normally he is mad about a haircut and he was happy and smiling. Ben took his time trying to understand what was wanted and cut his hair based on his head/face job. We can wait to see him again in a few weeks.
Terrible establishment, they cancelled on me last minute saying they can’t do my haircut and to reschedule! The next time they gave me was 6 hours later! I’ll be going elsewhere and saving money too.
The haircut wasn’t exactly the style I asked for, but I really appreciated her attitude and customer service. She was very friendly, respectful, and genuinely tried her best. Her personality and professionalism made the experience really positive. I’d definitely recommend her to my friends based on her great attitude and the way she treats her customers.
