The service was meh. But the thing that made me write a review was, my father came in around 1-2pm and scheduled an appointment for 3pm. He got his haircut, all because he wanted his hair a little bit shorter, they weren't able to cut my brother's hair, all because of an extra trim. It isn't worth the wait and money spent.
Scheduled 3 haircuts an a beard trim for myself and 2 sons. I get a call from the shop 30 MINUTES before my scheduled time for them to tell me they can’t accommodate me and need to reschedule. Horrible management. 1st time ever tried to schedule with them. I won’t try again. Don’t waste your time
Barbers regularly forget to give complimentary shoulder massage.
I didn’t take Baze this time, but he saw Kristen or Kristy (sorry, I can’t recall) but she did AMAZING, and Baze is super picky and he said he wants to go back to her every single time! I’m so relieved to have finally found someone that he’s happy with!!! Thank you so much! See you in a week or so!
