Went in for a haircut this afternoon - 3/24, didn’t select anyone in particular. Luckily I ended up with Daniel N and he did a great job. One of the best haircuts I’ve gotten at 7-8 Floyd’s locations I’ve been at over the last decade.
This review isn't about the hair cut. It's about their assistant general manager Natalia I had a gone for a hair cut and the barber did not do what I wanted. It was so bad that I had to go somewhere else after to get it fixed. Floyds did decide to comp it. When I booked my next hair cut, I asked for their best fader.
