I wanted my hair colored red for my BF's wedding - the stylist didn't tell me I was going to be there for almost SIX HOURS! I'm a diabetic & a friend had to bring me food. Then, the color wasn't fully washed out so when I finally got home, red dye was transferred to my couch from the hair underneath & I had to wash my hair properly myself. Wait a waste of $$! And not one apology or offer to charge less. Ladies, don't even go there....
Just saw Kelly M. for the first time. She did a great job. Definitely will try to schedule an appointment with her again.
my brother went in to have them even out the top of his hair and they did anything but that, his visit also included two cut ears and razor burn all along his neck
My son just had a haircut with Shayna yesterday. Me and his other mom took him in and Shayna was so nice and explained everything in detail. She def made his butchered hair from Great Clips look much better and showed him how to style it for the future. I appreciated how nice they were about us waiting a long time and will def be back! Thanks for fixing his hair!
