Overall Great Experience! I walked in and was greeted by politely and the shop had an overall great atmosphere but what stood out the most was their customer service! Brett M. Did a phenomenal job with my haircut and I'm usually pretty picky but he nailed it! Definitely my go-to barber from now on.
I have been to Floyds a ton of times over the last few years - I love the vibe and music - I feel like it should be a great experience. The stylists seriously suck - my last visit was my LAST visit. I had to go to another barbershop to fix my hair - it was like they hit the time limit on my cut and just stopped. When I asked them to shorten the front a little and blend the back - she was annoyed and then barely did anything and called it good. Floyd's 99 is a really cool barbershop, super clean, and a friendly staff. Hit or a miss with the stylists unfortunately.
My boys love coming here to get their hair cut. We call when we are leaving our house and they put them on the wait list so we don't have to wait too long when we arrive. They always give them a good haircut too.
Robert Swords is amazing with kids! My 7 year old no longer dreads a hair cut. Robert is patient with kids and talks to them on their level. Pokemon, Nascar, whatever, he keeps them engaged. I would and do recommend him with anyone with young boys. He is on point! From one mother to another!
I heard of this place through a friend so I decided to go check it out all the way from San Tan. I got this girl named Josie to do my hair. I'm very particular on how I like my haircut and she did a phenomenal job when I got done with her. She was super friendly and easy to get along with. I wanted to make some changes to my hair while I was there and she did it with no problem. Definitely would recommend this place and would recommend going to Josie for your haircut.
I love the peeps and service at Floyd's!! They always make you feel welcome - relaxed atmosphere and amazing barbers!!
The absolute, unequivocally, worst haircut off my entire life. Highly disappointed and clearly dissatisfied with the service. I feel like I got the trainee, because my hair looks absolutely terrible. Luckily I can wear a hat most days so I can hide this disaster.
Floyds Highlands Ranch Town Center is my prefferef hair salon. If you walk in don't be surprised if it't a long wait. Most seem to have an appointment and get quick service. It can be hit or miss thiugh. After my favorite stylist left after ten years, I did a "walk in" and took my chances. Big mistake! I'm an older businessman and hate getting an embarrasingly bad cut. After reading reviews, next time I made an appointment with Stephanie. She is VERY good with guy cuts. Highly recommend giving her a call.
