The stylist don't know how to do Barber hair cuts. They DON'T know how to cut manage is so bad the turn around on BARBERS are bad that is why Floyds on Mockingbird is so bad. Its just an uppity place and the prices for a hair cut are ridiculous. They need more veterans who know how to cut hair. Management don't know how to run or schedule the Barbers schedules. They don't know how to run a Hair Cutting Place. Zero star for poor management.
I've been a fan of Floyd's since I visited my first one in Denver last year. I just moved to Colorado Springs and at Floyd's I found a stylist that cuts my hair the way I want it. Service has been excellent every time. Well, that is until today. I made an online reservation with my usual stylist yesterday for a cut and shave today and when I arrived I was told that the online reservation system was down. great atmosphere, great cuts, great coloring and you even get a neck massage every time!
Sometimes the haircuts are better than others but they generally do a good job. Twice as good as Supercuts at twice the price.

I love coming here and getting my hair cut the people are great and the girls are beautiful and the guys know how to cut some hair!! if you want a great environment for you or your kids to get there hair cut you need to pay a visit to Floyd' s 99 Barbershop in Boulder Colorado!!!!!
