They were busy, but they were very friendly and seemed to care that I was not feeling well. They all told me that they hoped I felt better soon. The doctor checked me out thoroughly and gave me meds to take care of me.

I went in for severe ear pain a few days ago. The front desk was very friendly, the nurse that attended me was very thorough but the doctor who saw me didn’t ask hardly any questions or take the time to look in the affected ear. He simply assumed it was a run of the mill ear infection and prescribed amoxicillin. I ended up going to the emergency room because the side of my head became so swollen it looked as though I’d been punched and the pain was as bad as labor pains. The doctor that saw me was shocked. I know there is an unheard of amount of flu sickened ppl right now.... but please have enough masks!!! My daughter caught a stomach bug yesterday and the only place she went was urgent care (treated for sinus infection) ... service was quick despite all the very sick unmasked ppl in there. That is my only complaint .

Although there was a long wait due to the number waiting to be seen, once I was called into the treatment area, everything went along very quickly and professionally. We are very fortunate to have a place we can go, without an appointment, when we are not able to see our primary physician.
