I've been to Urgent Care several times throughout the years. They always see you in a timely fashion. The lady at check-in is always so friendly and the staff too!!
They don't even deserve one star. Would not set my kids up with a primary physician cuz they missed an appt back in 2014. What kind of shit is that. A missed appt 2 years ago so my kids can't be set up with a doctor. That bullshit. I have never heard of a doctor's office doing that. But she tells me they can come to the urgent care. I don't need them to be seen by some wack job doctor in urgent care I need them to be set up with a regular doctor that they see all the time. Good people here, even though the Doc is an Auburn fan.
Was not pleased at all. The front desk women were rude. Doctor spent less than five minutes with my kids and I had THREE being seen. I was told my kids cold go to school with an upper respitory virus. All three came is over 100.1 and was given attitude about school excuses. Will never go back.
