Apparently single moms who have no one to watch their babies aren’t allowed to be seen!!! I have covid symptoms and a 5 month old, I was turned away bc I had him with me. With no one to watch him, how am I gonna be seen? Not to mention why on earth would I put my son, who he already been exposed, with someone who hasn’t been exposed? This place is a joke and has NO SYMPATHY FOR SINGLE MOMS

I understand certain restrictions because of CoVid but as a single mom with no one to watch my youngest last minute (5 year old special needs child) for them to tell me only myself and 15 year old can go back for a sports physical . Dr. Dawson thats cold hearted. The front desk lady said “ the doctor said only you and your older son can go back .” So a 5 year old suppose to wait in the lobby 🤔 . Stay away from this center I tried to get assistance from my PCP per my insurance instructions due to an issue that I was having and rather just simply stating that they weren’t accepting any new patients, but instead I get their answering service and according to the answering service they called Dr. Danielle Epanchin..my PCP, And basically this doctor told the answering service because I’m a new patient she refused to see me because I had no established rapport with her.. well how can I establish rapport if you’re not even... read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!! I took my 10 month old son here for a white rash in his mouth and upper lip. He had a cold as well but I wasn’t concerned about the cold because I know a cold can cure itself in time. The male doctor there basically laughed in my face and told me “he just has a cold, give him tylenol nothing is wrong with him”. went there for my daughter..waited over a. hr..still did not see dr... was told it would be another hr before seen. left...I will try to take care of her myself

I went here yesterday ( 5/18/2018 ) for gout and an inner ear infection all they gave me was two shot one was antibiotic shot an a pain shot but no prescriptions antibiotics or or pain been up all night with ear ache won’t be going back to this doc in a box
