RecommendedAwesome place and excellent staff!!! Everyone was so nice and caring!! My 5 year old kept talking about how sweet the nurse was!!
It was a blessing to have the doctor take the time to explain my mother's xrays to us yesterday. He was very patient and caring, and I am grateful the experience was positive for my mother and me.
What people don't understand is that this is Urgent Care, not a doctor's office that takes appointments. They get you in as fast as they can. I have never waited over and hour and even then I get an apology when it is not needed. I KNOW I will wait. Today's visit was great (considering I was at the doctor). Friendly front office staff and back office staff (Ashley and Kelsey) as well as Dr. Dowling. I will most definitely be back even knowing that I will wait. Floyd Urgent Care ROCKS!
Cant tell you what I think cause they delete negative reviews but please if something urgent is wrong go somewhere else this place is only good for company drug screens if you are sick or have something broke you really need to go somewhere else trust me they said Steph's ankle wasn't broke she went to get another opinion and YES it is.
Have been going to this urgent care here in Cedartown for over 15 years and just because the back ofc medical assistant ( on the primary side)and I had words with each other on the phone because she was very rude and disrespectful the urgent care is refusing to see my daughter and she is only 15 yrs old. My daughter had NOTHING to do with this. So now I see exactly how this office feels about there patients. It's sad to turn your back on a child that needs medical attention. Sad!!!!
Very pleased, treated great way better than rockmart, would never go there again especially primary care. Dr Seymour thorough very good care given great bedside manner, she will go far
