They have the rudest customer service, they are completely useless. they cant answer the phone without an attitude. they told me there was absolutely no way to help me. so I got off the phone with them, and figured out how to solve the problem on my own, by reading the manual.
These guys are the real deal. Awesome customer service from start to finish on our security system install. We definitely feel like we will be well taken of over the years. Thanks Floyd!
Absolutely horrible customer service. They never seem to be able to return phone calls. Had to drive to Bloomington to setup an appointment. Had someone out in January to re-key my locks, he let my cat out and never said anything, luckily my neighbor found the cat in his garage 4 hours later. Paid the guy with a credit card before he left and never heard another thing from them until 2 and a half months later I find out they sent the account to collection.
