Refinished my first floor hardwood and job was satisfactory, however they were supposed to leave me stain for my banisters and they did not. When I tried to contact them they would not return my calls, then I reached them and they told me they would check in warehouse and call me , which they did not. When I finally reached them they said they had no idea the stain mixture and didnt know what to tell me. I have since hired another hardwood company and they are working to solve the issue.
