Dr. Shon throughly explains all diagnosis and treatments. He really cares about his patients—gives his full attention, listens and is skillful with those corisone injections. He’s a great doc!
After surgery, for my follow up appointment, this is how Dr Shon ended the visit: I’m not a professor, you do not need to come up with questions to show me you are participating
Worse experience of my life and a huge waste of time Edit: replying to the sorry cover up from business. Please don’t try to cover the fact that you had accepted the insurance and I made when I sent you my group and ID information and it was all “green lit” then you make me rush with one hand to grab my X-rays from the hospital and threaten me if I can’t make it after 12 I will need to reschedule after you guys automatically rescheduled me before that. Brilliant surgeon. Wish he took a moment to breathe though. :)
I was very disappointed for his service. My daughter had fracture shoulder. Me and my wife decided to take her to his office. He had zero communication skills and seemed to me a very angry man. I’m not going into details but all I can say is, I will not recommend him to anyone. He was very upset that I had have a question or concern. He answered in a very rude way. He should understand that I was paying him $200 for a 20 minute consulting visit. He needs to listen to the patient concerns instead of keep talking nonsense. My ... read more
