Staff and doctors are very friendly, I never have a wait when going and always feel my needs are met. Do reccomend !
I was very disappointed for his service. My daughter had fracture shoulder. Me and my wife decided to take her to his office. He had zero communication skills and seemed to me a very angry man. I’m not going into details but all I can say is, I will not recommend him to anyone. He was very upset that I had have a question or concern. He answered in a very rude way. Dr. Shon throughly explains all diagnosis and treatments. He really cares about his patients—gives his full attention, listens and is skillful with those corisone injections. He’s a great doc!
Worse experience of my life and a huge waste of time Edit: replying to the sorry cover up from business. Please don’t try to cover the fact that you had accepted the insurance and I made when I sent you my group and ID information and it was all “green lit” then you make me rush with one hand to grab my X-rays from the hospital and threaten me if I can’t make it after 12 I will need to reschedule after you guys automatically rescheduled me before that. Doctor Shon is an amazing human being and very professional! He easily cured my hand tendonitis which bothered me for almost a year. Highly recommend him and his team to everyone needs treatment.
