Brought my mom to her appointment which was at 8:00 was in waiting area by 8:10 but had to wait on checking her in, due to there in front of us checking in, the lady checking us in told me she would check to see if we could be seen because we were late, yes we were late 10 mins and their policy is 10 mins so we should have been seen. Waited 30 mins on the doctor to tell my mother she could NOT be seen because she was 10 mins late??? The doctors I’ve come in contact with don’t listen. Act as if whatever you say doesn’t matter and the staff/cna/assistance whatever they are called are rude and even when they make a mistake they blame the patient. They treat people like crap. I’ve been going to this facility for years and the last two years I’ve seen this place go down hill. It’s like a circus full of wild and uneducated monkeys. It takes them days to send in refills and that leaves patients doing without vital medication. I had them do it to me a few times... read more
Hey everyone said new Doctor's name is Dynna Fountains at our Doctor's Family medicine Residency 304 Shorter Avenue 201 STE.
Not a place I recommend dr my husband saw really didn't either act like she knew what she was doing or just didn't want to fool with him. She was pleasant to talk to and so we're the staff, but not happy with the service. Changed Dr's!! And not to a D.O.
Hands down my favorite booth visited at the AAFP National Conference. Had a great time speaking with Erik, Chelsea, and Michelle. They were very informative and passionate about the program. I look forward to learning more about the program and maybe one day joining the wonderful staff as a resident.
Dr Straughn, is possibly one of the greatest Drs there, Dr Glidwell is as well. They really listen to the needs of their patients.. the ladies that work in this office, be it MOAs to the Nurse's...They are very kind and caring and thoughtful, to all that come in. Thank you for being there for your patients. Oh btw, can't forget Dr Nazione.
Great place, been with them for 3 years. have had 4 different doctors, all were very good and did a great Job, However Dr. Greta Gania Has stood out far above all others I have encountered, she is very smart, caring and patient. She will be one that goes far and help lots of people with her talents.
