I am a long-term patient of Dr Russak and am always pleased with the professionalism of his team and the personalized care I receive.
Dr. Russak has been my Internist and PCP for about 15 years. He has always been there when needed. He is up to date in his knowledge and experience, and is caring and compassionate. As a retired physician, these are all important qualities to me. Staff are also compassionate and efficient.
Responded back to me within the hour, immediately diagnosed my issue and prescribed the solution. Dr Russak is incredible.
Dr. Russak saw me on an emergency visit. Did an exam and recommended an X-ray and possible MRI for my knee pain. Also a knee brace. Dr. Russak found a meniscus problem and has recommended a treatment. I am very pleased with Dr. Russak and his staff for the last 20 years.
Absolutely the best! I have been under his care for many years and would not consider going anywhere else. He always takes the time to answer any questions I have. He is very thorough and helps me with my health planning.
DO NOT VISIT.. They should change their tagline from "we care about your health" to "we care ONLY for your money".. We were here for annual wellness visit, which was covered under our plan at no cost.. people at office kept us waiting in their consulting rooms for long time and they charged us for waiting in the room citing doctor consultation charge whereas there was no doctor doing any consultation.. we were in the facility for total 90 mins and they charged us for doctor consultation charge for 75mins each.. considering w... read more

I have been with Dr Russak for many years now because he really cares paired with excellent medical knowledge, his willingness to go look up data & info on things he doesn't, his willingness to talk through care options patiently and how I can get in & out of the office quickly as if my time is worth as much as his. His staff is so nice & friendly. I appreciate being able to text and get answers during a hectic day.
