I enjoyed my talk with Dr Christine Cabrera and Joy Kolic N.P. Both made me feel comfortable while talking about my condition I didn't realize I had for 32 years. The both of the kept reassuring me that I wasn't alone and they were going to help me. After talking with I felt a little more relaxed, but I have a long way to go.

I signed up for Neurofeedback for my ADHD. I had wanted to try it for a while, happy to see it offered locally in Ottawa. I was skeptical at first, but the results speak for themselves. Attention span increased, distractibility decreased. Happy to continue with the therapy and keep getting great results!
