This is a wonderful park to live in. The owner takes a lot of pride in this park. There are rules and regulations. Any bad review has been submitted by someone who has been evicted or doesn't adhere to the rules/regulations. I would rate it 5 stars amoung all local parks. Drive through the park or ask any occupying tenants and get their thoughts.
NEVER MOVE HERE!!!! The owner, Martha Flynn, is a liar and a cheat!!! I am moving out of this park immediately after dealing with this woman for over a year... To give you a better understanding, I AM MOVING TO A PARK THAT COSTS MORE JUST TO GET AWAY FROM HERE!!! She lets anyone and everyone move here... trash is all it is!!!!
