Was left a bouquet of flowers at the entrance of my home for who knows how long and some of the flowers were dead and others wilted. Called and was told they were told to leave them there. I was not aware that I was receiving flowers and was gone for a long period of time. I live in a gated community and don’t even know who let them in. I only use FTD which stand by there product and if not acceptable resend or refund their product. This store has poor quality flowers and even worse customer service.
