Placed order online. Called and followed up with phone call to ensure delivery time. Was told it was ready and would be delivered at requested time. Not done then was told they need 24 hour notice which is nowhere to be found on website. Ruined the day. Then I was told other orders were more important than mine. Owner was more concerned about her low rating than she was about making it right. She should re-educate herself on customer accuracy and customer satisfaction. I live in Florida and I called this flower shop recommended by my local flower shop to have flowers delivered for a friend who recently lost a pet. I called and explained in detail why I needed the flowers and where I was calling from and what flowers I couldn’t have in the arrangement because of other pets in the home. I cannot say enough good things about Flowers615. I called with just a couple of days notice to order flowers for a neighbor who had passed. I gave information of no carnations and for a lady who loved flowers. What I got was well above my expectations. They were gorgeous. Beautiful flowers and added just the right amount of color to the funeral as it was the only arrangement there. Thank you for your work and professionalism.
