I’m not sure who was working at the shop tonight, but I think you should reconsider advertising that you’re open until 9:00 PM. I arrived at around 8:45 PM because I wanted to buy either a bunch of lilies or sunflowers. I was told that they could no longer wrap or prepare anything. Rude seller that had no manners. Note that they do not mix flowers here, and the pre mixed flowers are lacking in selection. Also the wrapping was super messy with no care at all. I waited patiently at let others go ahead of me as to not rush the seller and as I had some questions about which flowers would match together. Was immediately brushed off and told ‘we don’t mix’ and hustled to ‘grab a bunch’ as he stood in the same spot waiting to chat to a friend across the road. I felt dismissed, disrespected and rushed. Rude, aggressive, and extremely poor customer service. The owner were disrespectful and appeared to treat me differently because of my race. They clearly lacked basic communication and customer service skills. I honestly couldn’t believe a business with this level of service has been operating for so long.
