Emily has been beyond helpful the last two times I have had to stop in at Flowers on Oxford. This morning being my second visit, within 30 minutes she came to rescue with a breathtaking display of sympathy flowers. A 110% happy customer. The Natives arrangement was ordered and I can testify that they were very reasonably priced, super fresh sweet smelling blooms which were artfully and lovingly arranged. Emilie was a gem in allowing me to change the delivery address at the last minute and went the extra mile in communication and effort in sending through to me the extra receipts for my Accounts team. Lastly, in the words of my late Grandad, she has a lovely phone manner and a kind voice.
