Unprofessional and disrespectful. We had an appointment with Gaby that she set over email since she wanted to discuss things face to face. When we got there (in the middle of a work day) we were told she was not in, and that we can email her for information and pricing. The worker scribbled some stuff on a piece of paper trying to act like she was doing something meaningful and told us to email Gaby again.
