Sliced my thumb open at work last night, went in to get stitches and the nurses brought in the therapy dogs because I was a little on edge so the grabbed four of the dogs and brought them into the ER to sit with me before I had my thumb sewn up.
If you don't mind setting in the waiting room for 2 hrs and then moved to a freezing room for another 3 hrs you will be fine ! The nurse was great and very nice Dr to ! But super slow about getting out of there!
My grandson had to have tubes in his ears and his adenoids taken out. The nurses and doctors were EXCEPTIONALLY courteous. They kept my daughter and I well informed as to what was going to happen first, second, third etc. They kept us informed, and even called us a few times updating us on how he was doing. I give them 10 ★!!!!!!!!
Communication with transport is lacking. Customer rep denied calling respiratory 3x. Twice by employee, once by supervisor. I waited 2.5 hours. Unacceptable.
only a little over 3 hours for whole experience. (catscan and all) Everyone was pleasant. Nurse was very good.
There not Always too busy to attend to their duties. ..but there care is better than most around. .for sure, ,,...Also best care round here n best for that matter!!😁😘
I got there at 10:30pm and at 3 am still was not seen. I was in such pain and not one thing did they do. I finally walked out because I could not be seen.
Too many booked at 7:00 AM. Good service after long wait!
