I had to call day of delivery to be told they don't guarantee a time. I also was there when the arrangement was delivered and it was nothing like what I ordered at a cost of 120.00 I will never use them again. dissatisfied.

Please be careful when ordering from this florist. My order was for a funeral/sympathy planter and I paid well over $100.00 total for ir…..it measured 7 1/2” across…disgusting and embarrassing!!!!!! Ive written this florist 2 times and heard nothing so PLEASE think twice before ordering from them. New report… I have tried numerous times now and still have heard nothing from them. Terrible service. I didn’t get the flowers I wanted for my anniversary, instead she told me she was out and only offered to replace with other flowers. Next, on the website it states I can either Pickup or delivery. I chose pickup because it was most convenient, she tells me she doesn’t do pickup and it’s only delivery. Ok, no issue but then tells me she can’t deliver until 3:00pm. I call at 3:30pm and she’s not even in the area and in Brandon. I tried to call you back from work and the mailbox is full. Please cancel my order for XXXXXX. Last year when I spoke to you, you told me to call you personally, and you would make sure I got a good deal. I called, and you didn't honor the Ava's website prices, which is where I found you last year. I was ok with the shipping, even though they were offering free shipping, and Bonita Flower shop only charges $10 for shipping.
