Staff was nice and accommodating with color changes from product bought on website. Also, unlike other reviews my flowers where in good condition. My problem was the balloons and delivery. Balloon colours from images on the website looked nothing like the balloons in real life. Gold looked cream, rose gold numbers looked champagne. I got flowers, a teddy, and balloons for my friend’s birthday from the Flowers Gifts and Balloons store and it was absolutely amazing! Even though I was not there in person and ordered everything through Uber Eats, the delivery was right on time and everything arrived so fresh and beautiful. Her reaction meant everything to me she absolutely loved the flowers, teddy, and balloon. Based on my experience, the quality of the products sold here was very disappointing. The items I received did not meet the expected standards. I would recommend customers carefully consider before making a purchase. Improvements are needed in both customer service and product quality. In my opinion, the business operates in a way that can mislead or disappoint customers.
