I ordered funeral flowers with same-day rushed delivery. I spoke with two different chat agents and specifically told both that these were funeral flowers. Both dismissed my concerns and kept assuring me they would be delivered. They were never delivered. By the time I was notified that they couldn't locate a florist, the funeral service had already taken place. Funeral flowers are time-sensitive - once the service is over, they serve no purpose. Disappointing experience. Came in the shop to inquire about a lei/traveling with a lei and was met with dismissal. I asked several questions and owner seemed completely uninterested in helping. Better off walking to a lei stand in China Town.
The owner is very loving and sweet lady.
